Three-Day-a-Week Schedule:

Day 1:

  • Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and light cardio.

  • Technique Session: Focus on fundamental striking techniques and basic combinations.

  • Fitness Circuit: High-intensity circuit training incorporating bodyweight exercises, agility drills, and cardio intervals.

  • Cool-down: Static stretching and light mobility work.

Day 2:

  • Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and light cardio.

  • Sparring and Technique Drills: Supervised sparring sessions and partner-based drills to practice defensive skills, timing, and coordination.

  • Strength and Conditioning: Emphasize functional strength exercises, resistance training, and core work.

Day 3:

  • Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and light cardio.

  • Grappling and Groundwork: Introduction to basic grappling techniques, takedowns, and submission holds.
